One of the World's largest online retailers has a position available for a home-based Customer Service Consultant. This position requires phenomenal communication and service skills as well as a dedicated uncapped fiber internet line over 4mbps.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Assist and deescalate client queries
  • Chat and Call-based resolution of client queries
  • Research and implement new techniques to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge on complaint development life cycle (CDLC)
  • Strong problem solving and negotiating skills

 

Skill Required

 

  • Matric essential
  • 2+ years as a Customer Service Consultant
  • Understanding of Service Best Practices
  • Only suitable candidates are encouraged to apply
