One of the World's largest online retailers has a position available for a home-based Customer Service Consultant. This position requires phenomenal communication and service skills as well as a dedicated uncapped fiber internet line over 4mbps.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and deescalate client queries
- Chat and Call-based resolution of client queries
- Research and implement new techniques to achieve customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge on complaint development life cycle (CDLC)
- Strong problem solving and negotiating skills
Skill Required
- Matric essential
- 2+ years as a Customer Service Consultant
- Understanding of Service Best Practices
